Our role has been to provide all Civil Engineering services associated with the staged development of the 193 unit independent living retirement village. 

The Civil infrastructure that has been provided within the village includes earthworks, roadways, concrete kerbing, subsurface drainage, vehicle crossings, reticulated sewer and water, retaining walls , drainage basins. Other infrastructure incorporated into the village includes electrical and communications systems and gas supply. 

Our services includes the design and construction administration (superintendent) of the Civil works and to arrange all other service infrastructure.

It has also been our role to prepare Opinions of Probable Costs on a regular basis to assist with managerial decision making and in securing finance for the project.
