The Verde is a 21 lot residential subdivision located in the heart of the Sunbury Residential area, 2km from the Sunbury CBD. The development comprised the construction of a single cul-de-sac that intersected with Riddell Road which is a classified Arterial Road.

Axiom CE perfomed the role of Development Manager as well as Civil Engineers. We therefore managed the project from Acquisition through to the time that the Titles were registered.

Our involvement commenced with the preparation of development cost estimates and financial models, we negotiated the purchase of the land on behalf of our Client, we arranged finance, marketing and coordinated the sales campaign.

Of course, we undertook the design and construction management of the infrastructure items such as earthworks, roadways, concrete kerbing, subsurface drainage, vehicle crossings, reticulated sewer and water and retaining walls and fencing. We also appointed the external consultants such as Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Arborists, a Zoologist and Electrical and Communication Engineers. Throughout the project, we liased with and provided documentation to the bank’s Quantity Surveyor in order to ensure that finance was available for all payments to be made on time.
