Maddingly Village is the name of the Neighbourhood Activity Centre (NAC) that forms part of the master planned Stonehill Development near Bacchus Marsh. It comprises of 33 residential townhouses, an IGA supermarket, childcare centre, pharmacy, restaurant, medical centre, dentistry, gymnasium aquatic centre and a number of small retail shops. All of this is supported by a carpark for 197 vehicles.

Axiom CE provided Civil Engineering services during the design and construction phases. The construction is currently on-going. Throughout the design process Axiom CE has participated in stakeholder team meetings providing engineering advice to the project team including Architects, Financiers, Services Engineers and the like.
​
The design comprises earthworks, stormwater drainage, road pavements, concrete kerbing, pedestrian footways, sewer and water reticulation. During the construction phase we performed the role of Superintendent to the Principal Civil construction contract and surveillance of the works.

Nestled between Geelong and the Surf Coast, Mount Duneed village will provide the Community with 52 townhouses, 31 apartments, a supermarket, childcare centre, pharmacy, cafe, medical centre, gymnasium, aquatic centre and a number of small retail shops. All of this is supported by a carpark for 130 vehicles.
